Organisation
1. The Awards are hosted by the Federation of European Risk Management Associations and Rubicon Media Ltd and are managed by an Executive Committee.
1.1. The Awards serve as an important meeting in the industry calendar, bringing together risk managers from all corners of Europe and their trading partners and to showcase excellence and best practice.
1.2. They raise awareness and increase the profile and importance of risk management within corporates.
1.3. The initiative also encourages risk managers’ trading partners to be innovative and to develop products and services that serve the needs of their customers.
Judging Process
2. There are three separate panels of judges - for the Excellence in Risk Management, Industry Excellence and Training & Education Excellence categories.
2.1. The judging process for each panel consists of the following stages:
2.1.1 All judges agree to strict confidentially rules
2.1.2 Awards nominations are provided to all judges
2.1.3 The judges complete an assessment and grade each entry according to strict criteria
2.1.4 The scores are assessed and a shortlist is created for each category
2.1.5 Each judging panel will decide on the finalists for each category
2.2. The judges’ decision is final.
